Our company specializes in all components of the facade building structure and all facade restoration services. Facade Inspection Safety Program (formerly Local Law 11/98) is our specialty. AMERISTRUCTURES covers all aspects of the inspection, from putting up the scaffolding to filing the proper documents with the NYC Department of Buildings. Our company looks to protect the safety of the pedestrians and to preserve the historic and original form of the facade during the inspection.

Our restoration team deals with a variety of different services. Any facade deterioration is restored back to the original facade material by our masonry division. In addition, we do window and door replacement and waterproofing and roofing repair. Our latest addition is green roofing and design. Our team develops and designs this project for energy efficiency to mitigate building costs. We also provide recreational designs to fit the building profile.

Our company provides the assistance to acquire building permits for commercial, residential, industrial, and governmental projects. WILLIAM HOROWITZ

William Horowitz is the CEO and Senior Principal of AMERISTRUCTURES LLC. He earned a Masters of Accounting and Business degree from Farleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, New Jersey.

Mr. Horowitz has been in the construction field for over 15 years, specializing in forensic analysis of construction and sustainable design of building envelope systems, roofing and waterproofing construction, and construction management. For the past five years, Mr. Horowitz has been the Chief Executive Officer of AMERISTRUCTURES. As CEO and Senior Principal, he is responsible for the day-to day operations of AMERISTRUCTURES including administration, client communications, contract negotiations, sales, marketing and promotion.
